What we collect

Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes the technical details that come with every web request, such as your IP address, browser and device details, and the page and time of the request, in order to deliver the site and keep it secure. We also use your IP address briefly, in memory only, to limit how often the form can be submitted.

Analytics

We use Mixpanel, an analytics service, to understand how this website is used. It records the pages and sections you view, what you click and how far you scroll, the website or campaign that brought you here, your approximate location (worked out from your IP address) and your browser and device. It also records your visit as a session replay, which reconstructs what happened on the page; what you type into the form is hidden in it. To recognise a returning visitor, Mixpanel stores an identifier in a cookie in your browser. This website does not use advertising trackers.

Preview requests

If you submit the form, we receive your name, the link to your main channel, your email address, anything you tell us about your idea and what you sell today, and the time you sent it. We use this to review your request, design your preview and reply to you, and we send a confirmation to the email address you gave. We also add your name, email address, channel link and what you sell to your visit in Mixpanel, so we can see which visits led to a request.

Email provider

Your request reaches our inbox, and your confirmation reaches yours, through Resend, an email delivery service, which processes the contents of both in order to send them. The website itself does not store your request.
